Role: Business Development Associate (B2C - Inside Sales)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives

About the Role:

- Work on company-provided leads (no cold calling)
- Engage with students/parents & understand learning needs
- Conduct product demos & explain benefits
- Build relationships & ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Good communication & persuasion skills
- Sales/inside sales experience preferred
- Interest in EdTech & helping students succeed
