**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Execute test cases and document results.
- Identify, isolate, and report defects effectively.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Use bug tracking tools to report and manage issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is an advantage.
