**Job Title: Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Experience: 2-3 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Perform regression testing to validate software functionality and ensure that new features do not introduce unintended issues.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new tools/technologies related to manual testing, and share knowledge with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Burp Suite or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Pay: ₹234,658.90 - ₹500,000.00 per year
