**Job Profile**
The work will start from M C once the query land in to our system via -Call or System
1. After receiving the Query, He / She has to call to client for requirement like
- The Move is Local / Domestic or International and from where to where
After this Information He / She has to arrange the Physical Survey (if it’s not a less items like 5 to 6 items)
2. After getting the Physical Survey Confirmation from the Client, it should share with HHG team / Head of the Department.
3. HOD will assign the Survey to Field Officer / Marketing Person (if it’s a VIP survey he will go himself)
4. After Survey the F /O will share the Survey report with total volume to MC for quotation.
5. The MC will prepare the Costing like - Packing Cost, Operational Cost, Local Transportation, Long Distance Transportation, Delivery Cost with Unpacking and Removal of Debris.
6. Once MC have all the costing, He / She can make the Quotation with margin profit of 15 to 20 % or more as per client and services which we are providing with the help of HOD.
7. Once the quotation prepare it should be share with the client via - mail or WhatsApp and also take the receiving conformation from the Client via mail or Message.
8. Follow with the Client for Confirmation of Job and if the client says it’s on a Higher side as per client so again send the Revised quote with the help of HOD and take the Confirmation.
9. Once client is OK with the quote, take the packing dates and Delivery dates and share with Operations team with the Related Documents.
10. Make the Call to Client before One day of packing and confirm the same.
11. Inform to Operations team.
12. On the day of packing give a Comfortable call to client and ask “Everything is going smoothly and No problem in packing and packing Team.”
13. Speak to our Operations team also to take the arrangement of Vehicles.
14. After Completion of Loading take the details from the Supervisor of - Vehicle Number, Driver name and Number, Number of Pkgs, and when the Vehicle will react Destination (if it’s a Full Load) and Payment details.
15. All the Information share with the client.
16. Inform to Destination Branch / Vendor and share the Documents Like Packing List, GC and Transit Time about the shipment with Contact details of client.
17. Unloading dates and time confirm to the client and ask if its ok.
18. Speak to the client at the time of Unloading and unpacking.
19. Call to Destination Branch and Delivery Team also.
**20.** After Unpacking and setting take **the FEED BACK REPORT REGADING OUR SERVICES.**
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
