Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in records and physical stock.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

Track inventory costs and provide analysis for better cost control.

Collaborate with procurement and warehousing teams to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.

Prepare inventory reports to support financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
