Industry Background - FMCG Only (Especially SPICES INDUSTRY)

Job profile:

- Should be capable of appointment of super stockist and distributors in his territory.
- Should be capable of appointment of sales staff, training and managing the sales team
- Should be capable of handling super stockiest and distributors working.
- Should be capable of achieving the company target of primary and secondary of his area.
- Tracking of team secondary, Planning of beat as well planning of journey plan of his team
- Should well aware of taking report as well working on sales software Tracking and educating the team on category sales.
- Handling the super stockiest and distributor claims
- Should well verse of Marathi hindi and English written and spoken skills
- A class outlet handling skills
- Capable of planning and organizing sales and product secondary drive as well well verse of brand promotion skills.

Min Qualification Graduate and Preferable MBA

MIn. Experience of 2 - 7 years required.
