**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive at Medishutters, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving sales, and promoting our cutting-edge QR code technology to pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential pharmaceutical clients to introduce Medishutters QR codes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Medishutters QR codes.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
