**Job Title**: Proposal Writer (Fresher)

**Location**: Thane

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift

**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Centralized Pick and Home Drop facility.

**Workdays**:5 days (Monday - Friday)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand project requirements. Analyzing Task Order RFPs to identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
Developing comprehensive and persuasive proposal documents, including technical (resume, work plan/approach, timeline) and pricing sections.
Collaborating with other teams (Service Delivery Executives & Account Managers) to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensuring proposals are well-organized, clear, and compliant with client guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with proposal writing or bid management processes (training will be provided).
- Basic understanding of the industry or domain you will be writing for.
