**Position**:Proposal Writer
**Experience**:Freshers
**Workdays**:5 days (Monday - Friday)
**Shift Timing**: 7:00 pm to 4:30 AM IST
**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Free meal
+ Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
**Reports to**: Proposal Manager/Head of Business Development

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in proposal writing and business development. You will assist in preparing high-quality, tailored proposals to support our sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the intricacies of the proposal process and contributing to the success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Proposal Drafting, Content Creation, Document Formatting, Compliance Check:
Collaboration, Research, Review and Editing, Proposal Management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and persuasiveness, Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Good organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Ability to conduct basic research and integrate information into written content.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Masters Degree.Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

**Preferred Skills -**

Basic understanding of the industry or sector in which the company operates (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,200.00 - ₹26,200.00 per month
