**Position: Content Writer**
**Location: Thane, Mumbai**
**Requisites**:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional content writing experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Grammarly, SurferSEO, or similar.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to B2B/B2C marketing or agency background.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- A portfolio showcasing your best writing work.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Development
- Adapt tone, voice, and style according to brand guidelines and target audience.
2. Client-Centric Writing
- Translate client briefs into relevant, goal-oriented content.
- Collaborate with design, strategy, and client-servicing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
3. Research & Ideation
- Conduct topic research, competitor analysis, and audience studies.
- Propose fresh, innovative content ideas aligned with marketing goals and industry trends.
4. SEO & Digital Optimization
- Optimize headlines, CTAs, and formatting for digital performance.
5. Editing & Quality Control
- Proofread and self-edit for grammar, tone, and factual accuracy.
- Ensure consistency across content formats and platforms.
6. Performance Tracking & Feedback
- Monitor content performance (engagement, traffic, leads).
- Iterate based on analytics and client/internal feedback.
