**Job Title**: Proposal Writer (Fresher)

**Location**: Thane

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift

**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.

**Workdays**:5 days (Monday - Friday)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Research, gather, and analyze information to tailor proposals to client needs.
- Write, edit, and format proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage proposal timelines effectively.
- Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and references.
- Review and incorporate feedback to refine proposal content continuously.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with proposal writing or bid management processes (training will be provided).
- Basic understanding of the industry or domain you will be writing for.
