Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**Position Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Support. This position will be located in our Pune Office.

**A Day in the Life**
- Support our global teams with administrative tasks
- Review and prepare data requests
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to support Sales and Customer Success teams
- Use Word and Excel to create a mailmerge document
- Use Docusign to send contract to client setting up reminder notifications, change of signer responsibility, and expiration date
- Track and update status, create notes recording client response and trigger follow-up needed by other team members in Salesforce on the opportunity level using tasks
- Upload contract to renewal opportunity upon receipt and mark checkbox for new MSA on account level
- Additional similar tasks, as needed

- 2 to 4 years of similar work experience
- Knowledge or experience of SF ticket resolution will be an added advantage.
