This is a night shift, hybrid job perfect for recent graduates who want to work with international clients while enjoying office collaboration and WFH flexibility.

Shift Details:
6:30 PM to 11:30 PM - Office
11:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Work From Home

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market bench consultants to U.S. clients and vendors
- Maintain relationships with implementation partners and clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Update internal databases (CRM) and job portals
- Work closely with team leads to achieve daily goals

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates welcome** - we provide full training
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Willingness to work U.S. night shifts
- Basic computer and internet skills
