- **Client Interaction**:Communicates with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and presents design proposals.
- **Project Management**:Oversees the construction process, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- **Coordination**:Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure a successful project.
- **Adherence to Codes and Regulations**:Ensures designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- **Problem-Solving**:Addresses design challenges and client requests creatively and efficiently.
