**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Update and maintain appointment records using the hospital’s management system.
- Notify staff and patients of any schedule changes.
- **Patient Registration**:
- Assist patients in completing registration and admission forms.
- Verify and update patient information in the database.
- Handle inquiries about hospital services, doctors, and procedures.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records and sensitive information.
- Prepare and maintain reports and logs, as required.
- **Billing Support**:
- Coordinate with billing and insurance departments for payment collection.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide directions and assistance to patients and visitors navigating the hospital.
- Support communication between patients, families, and hospital staff.
