Hyderabad Telangana, India LCF (Lighthouse Communities Foundation) Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the Hyderabad & Maharashtra Region in alignment with organizational goals and compliances.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the Hyderabad & Maharashtra Region, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to company policies by all.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to execute training and development programs for employees in the Hyderabad & Maharashtra Region.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for Hyderabad & Maharashtra Region employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends in the Hyderabad & Maharashtra Region, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Education: Bachelors or Masters in HR
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in HR managing all aspects in HR.
- Experience in the NGO or social sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in English.
- Can work independently with little supervision
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with HR software and tools for reporting and analytics.
- Open to travel across Hyderabad & Maharastra region
