**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with schools to understand their requirements and ensure smooth implementation of our platform.
- Train and guide school administrators, teachers, and staff on how to use the system effectively.
- Provide support during the onboarding process and troubleshoot any implementation challenges.
- Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for the system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.
- Document implementation processes, user queries, and best practices for future reference.
- Ensure timely and successful deployment of the system as per the project timeline.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be a **graduate in any discipline**.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Understanding of **school operations and workflows**.
- Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Prior experience with **School ERP systems** is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic technical troubleshooting skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in **software implementation, client servicing, or training**.
- Prior experience in the **EdTech or school management domain** is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,341.85 - ₹34,914.28 per month
