B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals._ **ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES**: Ø _Daily 5-6 Clients Visits (Corporate Companies etc.) for Sale meetings._ Ø _Understanding of the Business Model and critical success factors of the HORECA._ Ø _Cross Selling /Upselling & Range Expansion._ Ø _Developing Area Coverage Plan._ Ø _Planning and achieving target account-wise share._ Ø _Several regular accounts with targeted Sales & Profitability in the HORECA Segment_ Ø _Responsible to interact with different business houses/ corporates in the assigned region for a_ - Business meets, and uses this opportunity to present the products._ Ø _Work closely with different stake holders to close the business deal_ Ø _Ensuring the order execution as per the timelines in coordination with internal teams._ Ø _Coordination for payment collection and ensure the order is properly closed._ Ø _Lead the bulk sale of all merchandise of the Company._ Ø _Management of existing clients & new client acquisition._ Ø _Create awareness of the products and brand in the new market._ Ø _Ensure that their queries are addressed in the shortest span of time and they get the best service._ - In terms of information dissemination on product use and new launches._ Ø **SKILLS REQUIRED**: Ø _Proven working experience in “Pharma / FMCG”as a “B2B SALES MANAGER “or a relevant role._ Ø _Proven sales track record._ Ø _Proficiency in Computer skills._ Ø _Proficiency in English& Presentable._ Ø _Market knowledge._ Ø _Communication and negotiation skills._ Ø _Ability to build rapport._ Ø _Time management and planning skills._ Ø _Must be Graduate /Postgraduate (Marketing)._ **JOB SPECIFICATION** - **WORK TIMINGS**_ - 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM._ - **SALARY**_ - DEPENDS ON INTERVIEW & As per experience._ - **GENDER**_ - MALE/FEMALE_ - **HR**_ - **Prestige Pursuits Pvt.
