**Timings**: 11:30 am to 08:30 pm

**Working Days**: Mon to Fri

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Financial Control**:

- Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in SAP.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings as per financial calendar.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, manage provisions, and review trial balance, can make financials.
- **SAP Expertise**:

- Hands-on working knowledge in SAP FI/CO module.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues in finance processes and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
- Support system upgrades and automation initiatives.
- **Banking Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day banking transactions, including payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks for fund transfers, credit facilities, and documentation.
- **MIS & Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial MIS.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
- **Audit & Compliance**:

- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- **8-10 years** of relevant experience in core finance & accounts functions.
- Proven expertise in **SAP (FI/CO)** module is a must.
- Strong command over financial processes, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Exposure to **banking operations** and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of international finance practices or exposure to multi-country operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
