**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Reports To**: Sales Head
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activity.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's saree collections, including fabric types, designs, price ranges, and unique selling points.
- Create sales plans and strategies for specific markets or regions to maximize revenue.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in têxtiles, fashion, or saree manufacturing.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the saree industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or sales CRM software.
**Additional Preferences**:
- A passion for sarees, fashion, or têxtiles.
- Experience in handling wholesale or retail clients in the garment industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
