A Sales and Marketing Executive in real estate sales is responsible for:
1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

2. Building relationships with potential clients

3. Showcasing properties and amenities

4. Negotiating sales agreements

5. Meeting sales targets and deadlines

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service)

7. Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

8. Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales

9. Managing sales data and analytics

10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Some specific responsibilities may include:

- Conducting property tours and presentations
- Creating marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media posts)
- Generating leads and prospecting new clients
- Handling customer inquiries and feedback
- Analyzing sales performance and market data
- Developing sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborating with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Staying current on industry regulations and laws

The goal is to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the real estate market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
