Our Opening and Your Responsibilities - Application of cash/credit card, check, wire receipts from customers in SAP for US regions from shared services center in India - Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks - Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc. - Mailbox management - Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management - Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure. - Performing netting, refunds, GL clearing and other relevant activities while adhering to KPIs - Performing daily/Monthly bank & GL reconciliations What You Need to Succeed Our Offer to You - "One Team" that thrives on collaboration and innovation - Opportunities to work with Global teams - An open, fair and inclusive environment - Multitude of learning and growth opportunities - A brand name that is identified worldwide with precision, quality, and innovation.
