**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**
- Application of e-payments and cheques receipts from customers in SAP for PAN India.
- Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending invoices.
- Mailbox management.
- Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Bank GL Entries reconciliation, SOA - Ledger or Statement of Accounts, Balance Confirmations to Customers.
- Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure.
- Any ad-hoc activities as per process requirements.

**What You Need to Succeed**

**Educational Qualification**:

- M.Com or B.Com (or similar) with accounting experience.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of SAP/CRM ERP, preferably ECC 6.0; proficient in Microsoft Office (familiarity with Power BI, macros, and other tools is a plus).
