Mep Supervisor

**Position Title**: MEP Supervisor
**Department**: Maintenance/Engineering
**Reports To**: MEP Manager/Project Manager
**Location**: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

**Job Summary**

The MEP Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings or construction projects. They ensure all systems are installed and maintained to meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities1. Supervision and Coordination**:

- Manage and supervise MEP technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and quality work.
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for timely delivery of MEP services.
- Oversee daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively.

**2. Installation and Maintenance**:

- Inspect and ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for all MEP systems to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.

**3. Quality Control and Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct quality checks during and after installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective measures.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and material usage.
- Provide regular progress updates to the MEP Manager or Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit work completion reports and recommendations for improvements.

**5. Inventory and Procurement**:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to source and acquire necessary materials.

**6. Staff Training and Development**:

- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.

**Key RequirementsEducational Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in [commercial/residential/industrial] projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and blueprints.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and client interactions.
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Technical Tools**:

- Experience with MEP-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily on-site with exposure to construction environments.
- May require occasional extended hours, including weekends, depending on project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
