**Who we are**:Headquartered in New Jersey with offices globally, SmallJoys serves a diverse range of clients across the United States. Our backend teams work collaboratively across the globe, and **this role is based in our Hyderabad, India office.**

Working hours are **9 AM to 5 PM EST (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)**as this is a US-based shift.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**
- Fluency in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English** to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in care coordination, healthcare administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple appointments and patient cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions with patients, mental health counselors, and internal teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and referral tracking.
- A patient-first approach, with empathy and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Utilize the SmallJoys platform to schedule appointments and confirm details with clients.
- Track patient referrals to ensure smooth transitions and resolve challenges with internal teams.
- Gather patient information, address inquiries, and document interactions accurately, including summaries and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals and staff to optimize care coordination and participate in team discussions on progress and improvements.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
