**About the Role**:
Anemone Vinkel is hiring a **full-time, office-based Digital Marketer** for our team in **Hafeezpet, Hyderabad**. We are looking for someone who can independently manage and scale **performance marketing campaigns** with a clear goal of driving **sales through our website**. Prior experience in the fashion/clothing industry is **mandatory**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads** campaigns focused on **conversions and ROAS**.
- Create weekly/monthly ad strategies for product categories like sarees, coord sets, dresses, kurtis, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and copy.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad efficiency and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze website user behavior post-click to improve funnel performance.
- Implement and manage **basic SEO strategies** to boost organic traffic and search visibility.
- Generate clear performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Stay updated on latest digital trends, ad platform updates, and fashion e-commerce strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years** of experience in performance marketing for **fashion/clothing brands**.
- Strong hands-on expertise with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and e-commerce advertising.
- Proficiency in **SEO** - keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion brand setup.
- Must be available for a **full-time, in-office role in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Indian fashion content and online shopping behavior.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
