**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Identify tender opportunities through platforms, such as GeM (Government e-Marketplace), and other relevant sources.
- Review tender documents, contracts, and requirements for technical and commercial feasibility.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain updated knowledge of the tender submission process, including policies, terms, and guidelines.
- Ensure all required documents (certificates, registrations, approvals) are up to date and included in submissions.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments like sales, procurement, finance, and legal to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to clarify tender requirements.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct a detailed analysis of submitted tenders, including success rates and lessons learned.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future tender responses.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Ensure follow-up actions are taken after submission, including queries, negotiations, and tracking results.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of tendering procedures, particularly with GeM and similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tendering software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of procurement or tender management will be an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in tendering or related functions, particularly in government or corporate sectors.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of tenders submitted within deadlines.
- Success rate in awarded tenders.
- Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Timeliness in responding to queries and clarifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
