**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage registration, bidding, and documentation processes on the GeM portal
- Track live tenders, prepare required documents, and ensure timely bid submissions
- Coordinate with government departments and vendors for clarifications and compliance
- Upload product catalogues, maintain pricing, and handle contract execution
- Ensure adherence to terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and bid requirements
- Maintain organized records of bids, correspondence, and approvals
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather required inputs
- Monitor tender alerts and manage renewal or follow-ups of contracts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the **GeM Portal**:

- Strong understanding of government tendering procedures
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and GeM portal tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred

**Salary**:
As per industry standards - based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
