Sales Partnerships Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Manager to support enterprise sales opportunities.
- Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives including competitor analysis, market research, and account intelligence and handling partnership.
- Coordinate product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and liaise with pre-sales / technical teams.
- Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for large enterprise clients.
- Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline activities, and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with marketing for events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams to enable smooth client handovers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field).
- MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development in the AI/Analytics/SaaS domain.
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles, RFP management, and GTM strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global stakeholders.
