**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.
- Optimize product content for better visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with the design team for product images and banners.
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive sales.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
- Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns/refunds.
- Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer queries and reviews to improve brand reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and report key e-commerce metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of online marketplace policies and algorithms.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
