Job Purpose

Relationship Associate is responsible for managing Interior Designing work undertaken at the site and

ensuring the quality and speed of the work. He coordinates with the vendors, CBRE, customer, CSO & Design

team and ensures a smooth execution of the job. The Relationship Associate is also responsible for managing

customer concerns. Handling complaints during the job and post completion of the job and ensuring that the

customer is satisfied with the service provided by APBHS

Primary Responsibilities

- Site Supervision
- Measurement and 2D feasibility of the design on site
- Managing of Interior Designing work undertaken at the site and ensure

the quality and speed of the work
- Preparation of scheduling sheet to ensure that the work is completed as

per schedule
- Coordinate with the vendors, CBRE, customer, CSO & Design team and

ensures a smooth execution of the job
- Responsible for managing customer concerns and complaint during the

job and post completion of the job and ensuring that the customer is

satisfied with the service provided by APBHS
- Documentation of all aforementioned processes and providing updates to

all stakeholders within the agreed timelines.

BE / BTech Civil with a minimum of 50%marks in Graduation. The graduation

must be through a full time, regular day course

Gender: Male.
- Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language

Previous Experience 2 years of relevant interior design site supervision experience preferable

Functional CompetenciesGood written as well as verbal communication skills in order to interact with

the customer.Skilled at project managementExcel skills for tracking the progress of the project and reporting purposesSkilled at reading 2D and understanding interior design implementationAbility to coordinate work with Contractors and customers to ensure smooth

delivery of project.
