Important Note - This role requires travel within the city of Bangalore, at least two days a weekAs Gastronomix, we are building a portfolio of street food brands aimed at providing delicious, affordable and hygienic food to our customers.We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate for our new and existing Franchise Partners. The person coming in needs to own the franchise outreach, onboarding and relationship management. You will be responsible for connecting and curating the leads being generated. You will also be required to look into maintaining a healthy relationship with the franchise partners once onboarded. You will report to the Head of Operations and work independently for this role. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity that will provide you with superfast growth, look no furtherResponsibilitiesHandle the inbound franchise prospect leads generated by the ongoing ad campaignsTrack the lead status and curate the list of leads to be passed on to the team for next stepsMaintain a connection with all the leads through the onboarding journeyWork on existing and new SOPs for maintaining healthy communications with all the franchise partners, existing and newly onboardedCreate monthly reports for sharing with franchise partners and track the performance of all outlets on visibility parametersEnsure timely updates are shared with the franchise partners for outlet operations, campaigns and event promotionsContinuously work on improvements in the framework for engaging with franchise leads and partnersQualifications1-3 years of work experience in CRM / Sales / Customer-facing jobIntermediate proficiency in computer usage – ExcelFluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada/Telugu would be good to haveMust be ok with extensive travel within the city, 2 days a week
