New Delhi, India PMFS ENTERPRIZE LLP Full time

Work closely with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier 1 Vendors to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable IT consultants from various disciplines and domains.
- Must have experience in business development, recruiting, delivering IT solutions, and staffing for the full life cycle of projects. Also, you have to handle multiple positions and requirements simultaneously.
- Excels at building relationships and developing client-based solutions by understanding the customer's business needs and challenges.
- Have a strong focus on research, analysis and information gathering to understand market & customer needs thoroughly.
- Have expertise in finding the right matches through extensive searches and the effective use of portals like Monster, DICE, and Techfetch.
- Maintain essential databases for every submitted consultant including their availability times, contact information and project completion.
- Hire consultants (US Citizens/Green Card Holders /Canadian Citizens/EAD's/H1B's) on different payroll basis including W2, C2C & 1099 Specialties.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
