- We are seeking a **Graphic Designer **to join our family. This position will involve designing a wide variety of print and online materials. To be successful, you will need to be a self-starter, work well in a small team, delivercreative ideas, and show an excellent attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, such as client mailers, company brochures, social media graphics and layouts, and more.
- Work with industry-standard software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Illustrator and InDesign.
- Stay up to date with latest design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, printers, and marketing professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive designs.
- Digital Media Promotinal -Posters / Flyers - Design / Graphic Design skills to create media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a small business setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign,Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- History of working with printing companies and social media platforms a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Adobe Campaign: 3 years (required)
