**About YRGCARE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce eye-catching graphics that fit our brand’s style and messaging for a variety of digital platforms, including our website, blog, and social media channels.
- Work with the communication and content team to design visuals for case studies, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in designing of website elements, enhancing user experience with visually appealing graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign visuals and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage and organize graphic files, including photos, logos, and art.
- Review and proofread designs for accuracy, ensuring that all elements are correct and meet quality standards before final delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or a related degree program.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other graphic design software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, graphic design skills, and a variety of styles.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and improve.
