Summary: As the SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, managing analytics tools, and monitoring website performance to drive organic growth and improve user experience. This role is crucial to our online visibility and will require a strong understanding of SEO best practices, data analysis, and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy**:Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- **Keyword Research**:Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and phrases.
- **On-Page and Off-Page Optimization**:Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements. Manage link-building strategies and partnerships.
- **Content Strategy**:Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
- **Analytics**: Utilize Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other relevant platforms to track and report on website performance. Identify key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Performance Analysis**: Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and track the effectiveness of strategies.
- **Technical SEO**: Audit website for technical issues and work with the development team to implement necessary improvements.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on SEO and website performance, outlining progress and areas for improvement.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:Collaborate with the marketing team to improve user experience and optimize landing pages and PPC advertising for better conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the SEO budget effectively, allocating resources to strategies that provide the best ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an SEO and Analytics Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
