**COOK/KITCHEN HAND/CHEF**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.

**2. Kitchen Operations Support**: _(Kitchen Hand Specific)_
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping.
- Support chefs in the kitchen as needed.

**3. Health, Safety, & Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels, reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure consistency in food quality and service.

**6. Menu Development**: _(Chef-Specific)_
- Assist in creating and improving menu items.
- Suggest innovative dishes and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
