- **Bookkeeping**: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including Sales Entry, Purchase Entry, and general ledger entries.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in records.
- **Stock Reconciliation**: Monitor and reconcile inventory and stock movements.
- **Preparation of Debit & Credit Notes**: Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes as required.
- **Inter company Transactions & Reconciliation**: Handle inter company transactions and perform reconciliations between inter company accounts.
- **Provision & Prepaid Expenses**: Ensure proper recording of provisions and prepaid expenses in the accounting system.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- **Adherence to Accounting Principles**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) related field.
- **Age**: Up to 27 years.
- **Gender**: Male only.
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- **Knowledge of Tally**: Proficient in using Tally software for daily accounting tasks.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reconciliation.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
