Sales Executive

Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales and business development strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Presenting the company's solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals and presentations
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Continuously improving sales processes and methodologies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the company's solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Althan-Bhimrad Road, Surat - 395017, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
