E-commerce Executive

Strategy development: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying target markets, defining product offerings, and creating marketing plans to drive online sales.
Website management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website. This includes monitoring site performance, ensuring functionality and usability, managing product listings, and optimizing the user experience.
Sales analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Customer experience and support: Ensure a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers. This includes managing customer inquiries, addressing complaints or issues promptly, and optimizing the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment.
Inventory management: Collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability on the website. Implement inventory planning and forecasting strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Vendor management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms. Coordinate with the procurement team to source new products and manage pricing and promotions.
Competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and potential threats. Conduct regular market research and analysis to gain insights into the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Technology and platform management: Stay knowledgeable about e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tools. Evaluate and recommend new software or systems that can enhance the e-commerce operations and improve efficiency.
Team coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, customer service, and IT to ensure alignment and achieve e-commerce goals. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
