**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess top talent across quantitative research, trading, and software engineering roles.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive engagement and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, campus hiring, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with universities and build relationships with top-tier institutions to attract early talent.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within HFT, quantitative finance, hedge funds, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to attract and hire top talent in a highly competitive market.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, naukri and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Passion for finance, trading, and technology is a plus.
