We Federation of Indo Israel Chambers of commerce is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator.
**About this opportunity**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Coordinate project deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
Provide administrative support for operations team
**Skills required**:
- 1+ years’ experience working in front office/ admin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
**Work Location**: Prestige Centre Point, Cunningham Road Bengaluru
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
