We're seeking someone with at least four years of experience.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to the real estate industry to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and lead generation.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure all published content aligns with SEO best practices and targets relevant keywords.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and provide actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry-specific marketing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SEO-related initiatives and maximize our digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in managing social media
- Proficiency in managing social media channels, including YouTube
- Web development skills (a plus)
