Supervisor (Warehouse & Logistics)

A stores supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store's inventory management system. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products to customers or other departments within the organization. The stores supervisor is also responsible for maintaining proper records of inventory, completing regular inventory audits, and coordinating with suppliers to order new merchandise as needed. Additionally, they may be responsible for training and overseeing our store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and resolving any issues that may arise related to inventory management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervising a team of store employees and overseeing day-to-day operations in the

stores department.
- Ensuring the goods are received with proper documents and packages are matching.
- Creating and implementing work schedules for store staff to ensure efficient coverage

and productivity.
- Monitoring inventory levels as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and periodical

stock check.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to track and manage stock levels and ensure

accuracy.
- Developing and implementing store policies and procedures to improve efficiency and

customer service.
- Training and coaching store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to

perform their duties effectively.
- Outward delivery must route through the check list process on picker and checker model
- Coordinating with support team Resolving customer delivery complaints and issues in a

timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to coordinate

store operations and meet overall business goals.
- Analysing store performance metrics and developing strategies to improve performance

and meet sales targets.
- Maintain the good housekeeping at shop floor.

**Required Skills**:

- SAP Business One | Tally prime knowledge will be additional advantage
- Any graduation is fine
- Relevant experience minimum 3 - 5 years
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language;
- Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies;
- Knowledge of modern information technology and online services; Ability to use the available technological resource (e.g. internet, computers, software) to extract information;
- Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows) along with
- Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time;
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from

managers, and clients;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
- Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time, and
- Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
