We have an opening for " Warehouse Supervisor" Location Erukkencherry. Chennai.

**Job Descriptions**

Achieve high levels of performance in Warehouse through excellence in goods receiving, preservation, issuing, dispatching and assuring inventory accuracy

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities with employees performance by setting KPI

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions accuracy

Ensure FIFO method consumption

Communicate job expectations and coach employees

Determine operator levels and assign workload

Meet on time delivery

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Confer and coordinate activities with internal customers

**Desirable skills and qualification**

Knowledge with working skills of **SAP-WM** and proficiency in Microsoft Office with data entry

Handling of On roll and Off roll manpower

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

Experience in daily transaction in warehouse in terms of Inbound, production issue and outbound

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in Quality and Statutory Audit

Qualification : Bachelor degree with min 8-10 years’ experience as warehouse supervisor

Location : Madhavaram & Erukkencherry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
