**Job Summary**: The Female CRM Front End at a Luxury Residential Project is responsible for managing and coordinating customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service at a high-end residential development. This role involves interacting with potential buyers, homeowners, and other stakeholders to provide information, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. The CRM Front End acts as a brand ambassador, representing the luxury project and delivering exceptional experiences to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, homeowners, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and offering personalized assistance throughout the sales process.

- and post-sales support, including assisting with property tours, showcasing features, discussing pricing and availability, and preparing relevant documentation.

- Events and Promotions: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, exhibitions, and promotions to showcase the luxury project and attract potential buyers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and contribute to the project’s overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience, and generate regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and project performance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the luxury residential real estate market and understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings, as required.
