**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Telecaller - Female (On-Site Role)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Industry**: Real Estate
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls from real estate customers.
- Effectively manage customer inquiries over the phone.
- Build and nurture profitable relationships with customers through follow-up calls.
- Provide detailed explanations of properties to customers.
- Extend invitations to clients for site visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Demonstrate effective communication and coordination with team members.

**Required Skills**:

- Freshers or a minimum of one year of experience required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
