**Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern**
**Location**: Pune, Kharadi (on-site)
**Experience**: 6 months-1 yr

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Optimize paid marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs like ROI, CAC, and CPL.
- Oversee YouTube channel management: optimize videos, increase subscribers, and boost engagement.
- Own and grow Instagram page: manage posts, track performance, and enhance audience interaction.
- Collaborate with influencers for campaigns and partnerships to maximize reach and conversions.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in running and managing paid marketing campaigns (3 to 6 months).
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of YouTube channel growth strategies and content optimization.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience in handling collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and reports.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
