About the role
- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **BPO Executives** to join our team in the **Motor Insurance domain**. The role involves handling **inbound and outbound calls** related to insurance policies, renewals, and customer queries, while ensuring high-quality service and driving sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding motor insurance queries, renewals, claims, and policy details.
- Make outbound calls for policy renewals, upselling add-ons, and new policy acquisition.
- Provide accurate information on premium calculations, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Cross-sell and upsell motor insurance products, add-ons (zero depreciation, roadside assistance, etc.), and related services.
- Ensure compliance with **IRDAI guidelines** and company policies during all interactions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly **sales and service targets** (renewals, conversions, upselling).
- Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate / Diploma with **1-4 years** of experience in **BPO/Customer Support/Sales** (insurance domain preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **Motor Insurance** (Third-Party, Comprehensive, NCB, Add-ons) is a plus.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
- Proven ability in **sales conversions, renewals, and objection handling**.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Computer and CRM handling skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
