2. Sales Executives

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking two dynamic Sales Executives to drive our growth in Kolkata. One will excel in cold outreach and calls, while the other will be a stellar closer with exceptional camera presence. Both will work closely with the Founders Office, taking on varied responsibilities to build our client base and company.

**Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)**:

- Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Founders Office to shape sales strategies and company growth.
- Adapt to dynamic responsibilities, contributing to the startup’s vision from the ground up.

**Sales Executive - Cold Outreach Specialist**:

- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Leverage strong communication skills to engage prospects effectively.

**Sales Executive - Closing Specialist**:

- Master the art of closing deals with extraordinary convincing skills.
- Be camera-friendly, creating compelling video pitches and client-facing content.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to seal high-value deals.

**Requirements (Both Roles)**:

- previous years of sales experience (B2B/B2C), preferably in Kolkata.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
- Willingness to start as a freelancer (paid per client/project) with the potential to transition to a full-time salaried role within months, based on performance and company growth.
- For Closing Specialist: Outstanding camera presence and confidence in video-based communication.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market for localized sales strategies.
